This belt squat is designed to replicate the squat with a 1:1 ratio, machines like the leg press or hack squat allow you to load more weight than you would normally be able to lift, not so with the belt squat!
The belt squat also allows for training without the need for any spotters making it a safe training tool for strength and conditioning facilities within schools and colleges.
Perfect rehabilitation and teaching tool to allow you to conecentreate on your technique.
The Matt Wenning belt squat is built using heavy duty 30mm bearings and stainless steel toleranced pins resulting in a heavy duty machine that will hold up to 600kg with a precision fit and finish.
The belt squat not only helps with improving squat technique, it also assists those with injuries and teaches the user to squat with correct form without any stress on the spine, which is often associated with freeweight squatting
