Q Hi, how I can choose the different options for the dumbbells set sizes (2.5kg to 25kg, 2.5kg to 50kg or 2.5kg to 60kg)?
Another question: if I want the first set (from 2.5 to 25) is it possible to add some dumbbells like, for instance, 27.5 and 30? +
A Hi there, we can do a 2.5kg to 30kg set for you if that's what you're after. If so, please could you contact email@example.com who can assist. Thanks

CUSTOM DESIGNED DUMBBELLS TO GIVE YOUR GYM THE WOW FACTOR
Who says Functional can't be beautiful?
Fully machined here in the UK, assuring you of exceptional quality, our new steel dumbbells are compact with a stunning finish which can be customised with your gym logo.
WHAT IS THE DUMBBELL SPECIFICATION?
Each and every dumbbell is CNC machined in the UK from hardened steel with the dumbbell handle size being 35mm in diameter which is knurled to offer perfect grip without being uncomfortable and finished with a black zinc plating.
All dumbbells are finished with nickel plating. Nickel plating gives the dumbbell its beautiful shine and chrome appearance whilst protecting it against both corrosion and wear.
WHY DO YOU USE HARDENED STEEL?
Dumbbells will typically have to undertake a certain amount of abuse in a commercial gym environment and hardened steel is perfect over a material such as stainless as it is more hard wearing and therefore much more forgiving when being thrown around and dropped, commonplace in a gym.
The hardened steel over a material such as iron is far more superior as iron is a very brittle material when cold, so when forces are applied to an iron dumbbell cracks can occur. The finish on iron dumbbells would also not be good enough for an electroplated coating
WHY DON'T WE ZINC PLATE OUR DUMBBELLS?
Look closely at any Custom Dumbbell and you will notice two distinct finishes. A slightly dull zinc plating or a bright had nickel finish.
So what's the difference between the two Dumbbell finishes?
Traditionally zinc plating has been used as a functional protective coating designed to 'sacrifice' itself in order to protect the metal beneath. The issue is that over time the zinc will dull, fade and eventually dissapear leaving your dumbbells prone to rusting and corrosion.
Although Nickel is a far more expensive finishing process its a lot harder. It acts as a permanent resistant barrier to corrosion and is also a lot brighter with a mirror finish appearance
Always find out the surface finish of your dumbbell prior to purchasing, a good protective finish is key to keep your set looking good for years to come.
THE IMPORTANT OF QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP
You've heard the saying. Buy cheap, Buy twice
In the case of dumbbells this saying has never been more true. The quality of the steel is paramount to the hardness of the dumbbells.
Cheap Chinese or lower grades of steel not only provide a poor surface finish when being machined but are soft and have a greater risk of dents and marks when being used in a commercial gym environment.
Look closely at your dumbbells finish. It will tell you ALOT about the quality that lies beneath
CAN I BRAND THE DUMBBELLS WITH MY OWN LOGO?
Yes! No matter how colourful or complicated your logo, each dumbbell can be finished with customised end plates of either two, three or four layers at no extra cost.
Once you’ve supplied your logo artwork we can also supply you with a visual representation showing you what you can expect with your new dumbbells.
Each end plate is made from laser cut steel which is then powder coated to match your logo.
DO YOU OFFER ANY DUMBBELL UPGRADES?
We do. If you’d like your personalised dumbbells with a thicker grip, you can choose to upgrade to a rotating 50mm diameter handle. Two bearings in each dumbbell will allow the handle to smoothly rotate with each handle finished off with the same knurling for optimal grip and black zinc plating.
