Portable squat stands are perfect for home and garage gyms where space could be an issue.  When you’ve finished your squat session, these stands can be broken down quickly and easily making them easy to store away.  


They offer useful features such adjustable widths so no matter how wide you squat, you'll be sure to find the perfect width.  The bar catchers include stainless steel barbell rollers so adjustment your barbell is very easy, even if you’ve loaded your bar with weight plates.  


To maintain the strength and rigidity of the rear adjustment rack, these stands are built to include two thumb screws which will reduce slack and tighten up the rack during those heavy squat sessions giving you confidence during your training.   


The bar catchers can be height adjusted so no matter what your height is you’ll be able to set up for your squat session.  


Another feature you'll find useful are the stainless steel barbell adjustment rollers.  These will help you to very easily move the bar from side to side to get that perfect starting position, even if the bar is loaded up with weight.  


The height of the bar catchers on these stands mean you can use them for both squatting and bench pressing, because of this we include safety bars as standard.  You can height adjust these as necessary and they'll provide extra safety during your workout.
