Our Forge Prone Row Bench enables you to target the upper back muscles whilst offering full support to your torso.  As you'll be undertaking this movement in a downward position it will eliminate any 'cheating' giving you a truly hardcore back workout.

This bench, also referred to as a seal row bench, requires the user to lie face down on the bench and row with a specialist bar to isolate the mid back. Because of the position of the body it is extremely difficult, if not impossible, to cheat using this bench.

Manufactured from heavy duty steel section, it's incredibly robust and thanks to its bolt together design this makes it easy to get into most gyms, even those with access restrictions.

Our bench provides plastic inserts to protect your bars finish and has three numbered heights allowing short or tall people to use the machine without any need for adjustments.

You have the option to add two numbered and adjustable rollers at the rear of the machine.  These will eliminate any instability and help lock you into position during your training.

It is best to use one of our specialist prone row bars to achieve a great range of movement. However, a standard barbell will work just fine.  If you already have your own prone row bar, please be sure that the inside of the weight horns are a minimum of 1200mm apart.
