Once you've ordered through the site, we get instant notification that you've placed an order and paid for one of our items and you get confirmation of what you've bought along with an order number.

We know you'll be itching to get your hands on your lovely new piece of kit so within 24 hours of you ordering, your item joins the queue for manufacture. To keep you in the loop, you'll get an email letting you know this.

Time

Now your order is in the queue you're probably wondering how long it will be before you can expect delivery. Lead times can vary greatly depending on seasonal volumes, product complexity and current workload but as a general rule of thumb you'll be looking at these sort of timescales, unless we email to say otherwise
• Smaller items and Bars – 2-3 weeks turnaround
• Large machines – 8-12 weeks turnaround

Manufacturing

To give you an insight into our manufacturing process at around 2-3 weeks out from your order being ready for shipping we receive steel into our workshop where this is then organised, cut and machined ready for fabrication.

Fabrication

Your item then starts to take shape! Fabrication then begins where your order is welded and assembled ready for powder coating. The powder coating is booked in and tends to have a 4 to 5 day turnaround.

Finishing Touch

It then comes back to us where it is then assembled and the finishing touches are added.

Shipping

This is the best bit...it's all packed up and sent on it's way to you.

Book Freight

International orders are booked in using our freight agent in the UK.
Road transport is the most cost effective and we are able to ship all UK and European orders direct to the customers door.
Goods move freely around the EU and are subject to minimal (if any) charges at all. If you are outside Europe please proceed to find out more information on importing to your country.

Loaded onto transport

For customers outside of Europe, once your order is complete we pass the goods onto our freight agent in the UK who ship the goods via an economy service to the nearest sea port.
If you'd prefer your goods quicker we can quote for air freight. However, please bear in mind air freight is more expensive.

Documents sent

On dispatch of the goods we will provide you with the following documents:
• Bill of landing
• Packing declaration
• A commercial invoice

Choose Shipping Agent

You will need to appoint a shipping agent in your own country who collect your goods from the port and deliver to your door.
The agent handles all paperwork, customs charges and documentation in order to make sure goods are delivered to you quickly and efficiently and will ask for the bill of landing, packing declaration and a commercial invoice.
If your're not sure where to find a shipping agent please look at the bill of landing document we provide you as there will be a suggested agent in your country.
If you're happy with them to deal with your import just wait for a call or contact them in advance to discuss any questions you may have.

Arrival & Processing

Once your order has arrived at the port there will be certain import charges and customs fees, these vary by Country and will be managed by your freight agent. They will then process your freight and deliver to your door.
If you would like to understand more about your potential taxes and import charges on your order you can use your country's commodity code for Sports & Leisure equipment.
The UK commodity code for Sports & Leisure equipment is 9506.91.9000 but this could be different for your country.
