    ISOLATE YOUR UPPER CHEST AND DELTS

    By using an incline bench press, you’ll be isolating your upper chest muscles considerably more than by just flat benching.  Whilst flat benching is great for overall chest muscle development, incline bench pressing is great to incorporate if you want to increase muscle mass to the upper chest area. 

    Incline benching also reduces stress to your rotator cuff whilst putting increased emphasis on the shoulders due to the more upright position.

    Our incline Olympic bench press is incredibly robust, weighing in at over 160kg. It's manufactured using 5mm steel section so you can be confident it will offer you a solid platform for your training no matter how heavy you go. 

     

    The seat is positioned at 35 degrees giving you stability whilst you train. It's also adjustable so you are sure to find your ideal set up position. The oversized nickel plated bar catchers offer three different levels and the spotter foot plates are positioned to allow your training partner to assist you with re-racking the bar.

    Yes! We like to offer versatility with our equipment and this bench is no exception. We include pre-drilled holes so you have the option to add band pegs even after you've purchased the bench. What with the significant rise in dynamic training methods, band pegs are great for pushing you through your plateaus.

    Another choice you have is for the option to add weight horn storage as it's always useful to have extra space for your plates.
