Building a wide back can often take some serious effort, pull ups and heavy rowing movements can be beneficial but it can often be difficult to maintain correct posture whilst moving maximum weight.

The prone row bench eliminates any 'cheating' and places the user in a downward facing position. By using a specialist prone row bar the user can pull the weight towards their chest and contract the middle back

Our bench offers three adjustment heights which accomodate a wide variety of users and thanks to its ergonomic upholstery pad it's both comfortable and practical to use. Unlike other cheaper models, this prone row bench is manufactured using 4mm steel section and features adjustable ankle rollers which allow for comfort and and support when rowing heavy weights.
