Designed to aid in presing movements the viking press allows weight to be loaded onto the main pivot arm and for weight to be pressed overhead


 

Viking Press featuring multiple grips

We have included as standard a choice of pronated or supinated grip positions giving you greater choice in your pressing movements

Although the viking press is heavyweight we have included bolt down tabs allowing you to secure the machine in place during workouts

Good value IPF spec rack

Rack is good quality and durable. Levers aren't quite as smooth as an Eleiko Or ER rack but they're twice to 3 times the price, so you get what you pay for really. Would definitely recommend.
